If you see nothing you like, please get in touch to let me know what you are looking for and I will do my best to locate alternative properties within your budget and forward this information for your consideration.
ARE YOU IN GUYANA?
I can arrange for an escorted viewing of accommodation I think you might like if you are already in Guyana. Simply let me know you requirements. I will prepare a selection of properties ready for your escorted viewing.
Either way, an understanding of your requirements is essential.
I provide all my clients with unlimited consultation and ongoing telephone support to help guide you through the rental or sales process from beginning to end.
A specimen contract will be made available for your perusal.
Exemption clauses are in place to cover diplomatic workers who break their contract at any time.
Rental payments for properties are made direct to the landlord. Systems are in place for clients to make payments for any property they like long before they arrive in Georgetown.
Advance rent – 2 calendar months rent.
Deposit – I calendar months rent.
